I use this bag for a bike commute to work, about 45 minutes each way. I appreciate the bright yellow patch on the back of it, making me more visible to motorists. There are no company logos on this thing, just a comfortable bag with just enough room and pockets to fit my needs. There is a zip up pouch on the strap that goes over the middle of the chest, its a perfect place to clip on my iPod Nano with easy access. The zippers seem to be of high quality but I haven't had it very long and can't comment on their durability but absolutely no problems with anything on this bag so far. I was using a normal backpack that was much bigger than I needed for my commute that made my back quite sweaty and I was hoping a smaller sling backpack would help with that. No dice, still sweaty, but I'd rather use this bag than panniers. This thing stays very secure on my bike ride and is a great value. Totally satisfied with it.

For several reasons, I prefer a backpack to a pannier for my ride in to work, and after much searching I decided on this one. I have to say, it's been a good choice. Both the back panel (that rests against your back) and the strap are well padded, making the fit very comfortable--and the ability to switch the angle and connection point of the single strap provides the added bonus of the ability to switch the load mid ride if needed. I've always preferred a sling/single strap pack as well, as it lets you search the pockets one handed or while coasting with a simple shift of the bag toward your front. The proliferation of pockets also makes easy access organizing for keys, phone, etc. simple. One of the best features, though, is the water resistant lining. Waterproof or water resistant bags, particularly panniers, are usually few and far between, not to mention expensive (I know my next move is the classic Ortlieb, but this is a great bag to hold me over until I'm ready to consider a rack). This bag's lining is water resistant, both in the main compartment and the smaller pockets, and I've had the chance to try it out on my ride in a heavy downpour--and my work clothes were clean and dry, my phone safe and secure. My only critique is that I was looking for a little more room in the main compartment--the bag has a fairly standard sized backpack dimension in height and width, but no side panels to let me fit both my clothes and my lunch or some shoes.

I ordered this bag for a trip. The bag arrived before schedule. The bag is nice quality with many pockets. The bag was a moderate size. Worked well to sling over your shoulder ang go.
